Shipping In the US
For
Invent Secrets customers in the United States, Priority
Service through the US Postal Service is $6.95 for the Inventor
Essentials Resource CD and $9.95 for either the Innovators and
Professional Package. Allow 5-10 business days
for receipt within the United States.
International Shipping
To
accommodate international customers, Invent Secrets will ship all
international orders by US Postal Service First Class with an added
cost to the customer of $14.95 for the Inventor Essentials
Resource CD and $19.95 for either the Innovators and Professional
Package.
ORDER TRACKING
If you
provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two
kinds of emails.
1.
Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an
email confirming your order was received and is being processed.
2.
When your order ships, you will receive an email that notifies you
that the product has shipped.
If your
order appears late, you should consider the following:

Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.

There
are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

It may
take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the
website.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Invent
Secrets offers a 30-day return policy for refunds on the
Innovators Package, Professional Package and Inventor Essentials
Resource CD. If you are not completely satisfied, return it
within 30 days and receive a complete refund of the purchase
price, minus shipping and a $9 processing fee for the Innovators and
Professional Package and a $5 return fee for the Inventor
